In Leadership Cayuga, the class is challenged to stretch, and in doing so they learn about systems and organizations that may be unfamiliar to them, meet community players - those individuals that seem to hold the keys to what makes our community "tick." They also, in small groups, take a closer look at a contemporary issue, and research new approaches to help us move forward. Among the projects completed by the Class of 2008 are these three:
